Shipping Policy

We offer fast and reliable shipping across Spain. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Times

• Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and product availability.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

2. Shipping Costs

• Orders up to €100: Flat shipping rate of €15

• Orders between €100 and €400: Shipping fee of €25

• Orders over €400: Free shipping

3. Order Tracking

After placing an order, customers will receive a tracking number by email to monitor their shipment in real time.

4. Shipping Area

• We currently deliver only within Spain.

• Orders placed with shipping addresses outside Spain will be automatically canceled.

5. Delivery Issues

• In the event of delay, loss, or damage during shipment, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.
