Refund policy
1. Return Period
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Return Conditions
Only products in new, unused, and undamaged condition will be accepted.
Items must include all original components, packaging (internal and external), accessories, and tags (if applicable).
For hygiene reasons, all textile and sleep products are considered hygienic items, as they come into direct contact with the body.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Sheets
- Pillows (all types)
- Towels
- Other textile products
❌ Once opened, products are considered personal use items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 14 days.
The refund will cover the product value only.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is not due to a product defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In case of a confirmed defect or fulfillment error, we will cover all return shipping costs.
