Ordering and Shipping

What shipping options do you offer?

We provide shipping across Spain:


  • Purchases up to €100: €15 shipping cost.

  • Purchases between €100 and €400: €25 shipping cost.

  • Free shipping for purchases over €400.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number after placing your order.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email after placing your order to monitor the delivery status.

Warranty and Returns

What does your product warranty include?

All our products come with a 3 year legal warranty, in accordance with current Spanish regulations, covering manufacturing defects or lack of conformity present at the time of delivery.

In addition, we offer a 10 year commercial warranty on the shape retention of memory foam, applicable exclusively to pillows, mattresses, and toppers.

This additional warranty ensures that the material will not lose its original shape over time.

The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear from use
• Regular daily use of the product
• Changes in feel, firmness, or comfort
• Improper use or use not in accordance with instructions
• Incorrect washing or maintenance
• Zippers, seams, or buttons
• Fabric alterations, shrinkage, or color loss
• Color fading or texture changes in sheets due to improper washing
• Damage caused by unsuitable bases or surfaces

The warranty does not constitute a general durability or resistance guarantee for continuous use.

How can I return or exchange a product?

You may request an exchange within 21 calendar days from receiving your order.

The exchange can be made:
• For another product available in the online store
• Or for a voucher valid for one year

To accept the exchange:
• The product must be unused
• It must be returned complete and in its original packaging
• It will be inspected by our team

Exchanges will not be accepted if the product has:
• Signs of use
• Been washed or damaged
• Incomplete packaging
• Conditions unsuitable for resale

What about hygiene products?

For hygiene reasons, all our textile and sleep products are considered hygienic products, as they come into direct contact with the body.

This includes:
• Sheets
• Pillows (all types)
• Towels
• Other textile products

👉 These products can only be exchanged if they have not been opened or used,
and are returned sealed in their original packaging.

❌ Once opened, the product is considered personal use and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I return a mattress or topper?

Mattresses and toppers do not include trial nights.

An exchange or refund is only possible if the product:
• Has not been opened at all
• Is returned sealed in its original packaging

In these cases, shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Do you offer refunds for defective products?

Yes. In case of a defective product or an error on our part, the customer is entitled to:
• Refund
• Replacement
• Or an equivalent solution

In these cases:
• Shipping costs will be covered by the company
• The 3 year legal warranty applies

To handle any issue, you must contact our team in advance.

How does the right of withdrawal work?

According to European regulations, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receiving your order.

Conditions:
• Product unused
• With tags
• In original packaging

The refund will be issued using the same payment method.

How should I wash your textile products?

- Sheets and Covers: Machine wash in cold water (up to 30°C) without bleach.

- Pillows and Mattresses: Removable outer fabrics can be washed in the same way. Avoid tumble drying.
