Ordering and Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide shipping across Spain:
Purchases up to €100: €15 shipping cost.
Purchases between €100 and €400: €25 shipping cost.
Free shipping for purchases over €400.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number after placing your order.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email after placing your order to monitor the delivery status.
Warranty and Returns
What does your product warranty include?
- Sheets, Mattress Protectors, and Zippered Covers: 3-month warranty for texture or material defects.
- Pillows and Mattresses: Comprehensive warranty for memory foam durability and shape retention.
How can I return a product?
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in new condition and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team.
Do you offer refunds for defective products?
For defects covered under the warranty, we will replace the product with an identical or upgraded one. Refunds are not available under the warranty policy.
Maintenance and Use
How should I wash your textile products?
- Sheets and Covers: Machine wash in cold water (up to 30°C) without bleach.
- Pillows and Mattresses: Removable outer fabrics can be washed in the same way. Avoid tumble drying.
